What to expect

Cabaret every night of the week in a room that seats about forty, at the top of the steps at Aldwych.

It was a gentlemen’s public convenience until the 1990s and the glass toilet doors are still there. Getting in costs nothing, there is a minimum spend on some nights, and the room is small enough that there is no bad seat and nowhere for a performer to hide either. That suits the kind of act that plays it.

Zero Aldwych, between Covent Garden and the Strand. Temple and Covent Garden are both a short walk.

Nearby

Covent Garden has the nearest stations and everything else on in the same part of town. The Cellar Door page collects every listing we hold for that address. Filed under Cabaret.

Listed by anxiousoyster67. Checked 8 September 2026. Details can change on the night; the venue link is the one to trust.
