Cordelia’s, Mayfair

Cordelia’s is a steak restaurant at 6 Clarges Street, Mayfair, W1J 8AE, with Jordi Sebastianelli, formerly of Le Petit Beefbar, in the kitchen. It has not opened. It was first due on 26 August 2026, and previews planned for 7 to 11 September were postponed too.

The restaurant’s notice put the delay down to circumstances outside its control relating to the building works, and said new dates were being confirmed. Its own website, checked on 16 September, says only that it is coming soon to Mayfair, with a sign-up for priority reservations.

The menu is built around 45-day dry-aged British rib-eye, Galician côte de boeuf, steak tartare and rotisserie chicken. We will add the date when Cordelia’s announces one.
