What to expect

ENDO is Endo Kazutoshi’s Chelsea flagship, in the former Five Fields at 8-9 Blacklands Terrace, SW3 2SP. The ten-seat omakase counter on the ground floor opens on 1 October 2026, and its own site showed it fully booked through October after bookings opened on 7 September.

There is no fixed menu. The counter cooks wild British fish and uses no dairy. The chef is best known for Endo at the Rotunda in White City.

Upstairs, Moga is a listening bar styled on Japan’s Taishō era, with a ceiling of masu cups, vinyl played through Taguchi speakers and tea-led cocktails. It opens separately in December 2026, at first only for ENDO diners. Chelsea prices have not been published.
