The Comedy Store London: what's on
Off Leicester Square on Oxendon Street and open since 1979, which makes it the room most people mean by a London comedy club. The week has a shape: the Best in Stand Up from Thursday to Saturday, about two hours with an interval, and the Comedy Store Players improvising on Sunday. The Monday nights are monthly rather than weekly, Old Rope on the second Monday and King Gong on the last. Strictly over 18s, and anyone who looks under 25 should expect to show ID. 1a Oxendon Street, SW1Y 4EE.
