London Theatre Week has nine days left, and the cheap band is mostly gone
Seats from £15, but not the ones you want.

London Theatre Week runs to Sunday 13 September, with more than ninety shows at £15, £25 and £35. If you have been meaning to book something, this is the week.
The thing worth understanding, which the marketing does not say, is that the bands are capped in number rather than in time. The £15 allocation for the popular titles went within days of the sale opening in mid-August. What is left now is mostly £35, and that is not a trick, it is simply how the tiers work.
Two tactics still work. Book midweek, because Tuesday and Wednesday performances hold their cheap seats longest. And look again in the last few days, when theatres firm up their houses and release seats they were holding.
If you miss it, the ordinary day-seat and rush schemes carry on regardless and are frequently cheaper than fifteen pounds.
Our full guide covers the bands, which shows take part and where to book without a fee.
