V&A East: Rewind, Grime on Camera

The people who filmed grime before anyone else would, in one room. Chantelle Fiddy, who started the World of Grime blog in 2004, hosts Roony ‘RiskyRoadz’ Keefe, Chad ‘Ratty’ Stennett of Lord of the Mics, Troy ‘A Plus’ Miller of Practice Hours and Eskimo Dance, and Tim and Barry of Just Jam. Each brings the footage that means most to them, and one clip nobody has seen.

Worth knowing

Free, but booked through the V&A. It runs 7pm to 9pm on Level 3 of V&A East Museum, which is open until ten on Saturdays, so the galleries are open around it. Checked against the organiser’s own page on 7 October 2026.

Nearby

Stratford has the nearest stations and everything else on in the same part of town. The V&A East Museum page collects every listing we hold for that address. Filed under Talks.
