Wimbledon Park fireworks

A local display rather than a spectacle, which is the appeal: it is smaller, cheaper, and you can get near the front without arriving two hours early. Run by the Round Table with the money going back into local causes.

Worth knowing

Ticketed and cheaper booked ahead than on the gate. It is on grass in November, so it will be muddy; wellingtons rather than trainers. There is a children’s display earlier in the evening before the main one.

Getting there
