Marble Hill London: what's on
A white Palladian villa in its own park by the Thames at Twickenham, built in the 1720s for George II's mistress and restored in 2022. The park is free and open daily, with meadow, woodland and a view across the river to Ham House, reachable by the last hand-hauled ferry on the Thames.
