Dopamine Land London has closed: what to do instead
Dopamine Land's London run has finished. What it was, why listings still advertise it, and the multi-sensory experiences that are actually open.

Dopamine Land has finished in London. Its own site says so in two words: exhibit finished. There is no London run to book.
We are saying it plainly because a great many people are still searching for it and a great many pages still read as though it is open. Ticket resale and listing sites in particular keep surfacing for experiences that ended months ago, because the pages are never taken down.
What it was
A multi-sensory immersive experience: a sequence of rooms built around sound, light, smell and touch rather than around objects to look at, aimed at the same audience as the other walk-through photograph-led shows that have filled London’s empty retail units over the past few years.
Checked on the operator’s own site on 9 September 2026. The operator’s site now carries no London dates and no tickets.
What is actually open
The category has not gone anywhere, only this show. Immersive experiences in London covers what is running and which are worth the money.
The two closest in shape are both open: the Paradox Museum in Knightsbridge, which is optical illusions you walk into, about ninety minutes and centrally placed; and Bubble Planet in Wembley, which is the closest to Dopamine Land’s sensory-room format but is a long way out of town, and that trip is the thing most of its bad reviews are actually about.
For something with actors and a storyline rather than rooms and lighting, the London Dungeon is the long-running version, and escape rooms are the one where your group does the work.
Why we keep a list of these
London opens and closes this kind of show faster than anywhere else, and the pages advertising them almost never come down. We keep a running list of venues that have closed for that reason: a page that quietly stays up saying somewhere is open costs somebody an evening.

Questions people ask
Is Dopamine Land still open in London?
No. Checked on 9 September 2026, the operator's own site states the exhibit has finished. There is no London run to book, and pages still advertising London tickets should be treated with suspicion.
What was Dopamine Land?
A multi-sensory immersive experience: a sequence of rooms built around sound, light, smell and touch rather than objects to look at, in the same category as the other walk-through shows that have filled London's empty retail units.
What is similar to Dopamine Land in London?
Bubble Planet in Wembley is the closest in format, though it is a long way out of central London. The Paradox Museum in Knightsbridge is the closest that is genuinely central, at about ninety minutes. Our immersive experiences guide covers what else is running.
Why do sites still list Dopamine Land tickets?
Because listing and resale pages are rarely taken down when a run ends. The operator's own site is the only reliable check on whether an experience is still open.
This guide is rewritten rather than refreshed, and everything named in it is checked against the venue's own page. Times and prices change; where a listing links to a venue, that link is the one to trust. How we choose what goes in.
