What to expect

Dumbo, the smash burger restaurant founded in Paris in 2019 by Charles Ganem and Samuel Nataf, is opening its second London site at 37 Berwick Street, Soho, W1F 8RJ, in the unit that was Tommi’s Burger Joint. The first is on Bethnal Green Road.

The menu is short: a smash cheeseburger, the vegetarian Earth burger, twice-cooked fries and tempura nuggets, served over a counter in a 550 square foot room designed by Rodaa.

It is due in September 2026 with no day announced, and we could not confirm it had opened by 16 September, so check its Instagram, @dumboparis, before going. Prices and hours have not been published.

The details here come from Restaurant Online and Hot Dinners, which reported the opening on 27 July 2026, and from Hot Dinners’ September openings list, checked on 16 September 2026.
