What to expect

Lunette is the first restaurant of her own for Florence Knight, formerly of Sessions Arts Club, on the 11th floor of Nick Jones’s St Clement hotel. Hot Dinners and Wallpaper give the address as 12 Temple Place, WC2R 2NF, just off the Strand.

It has not opened. Lunette’s website says only that it is coming soon, and although summer coverage said September, no day has been announced.

It is set up for set menus, reported as four courses at lunch and eight at dinner, with dishes such as pomme soufflé with smoked eel and nasturtium, a milk custard with Cévennes onion and caviar, and pork loin with fig and anchovy. There are no prices, hours or bookings yet, and news comes through Instagram, @lunette.london.
