What to expect

Schofield’s Bar, from brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield, whose Manchester original opened in 2021, is coming to 1A Earlham Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9LL. Its own website says opening autumn 2026, and Restaurant Online and Time Out report early November, with no day announced.

Expect classic cocktails with the house’s own twists, such as the Penicillin, the Negroni and the Manhattan, with snacks, cheese and charcuterie, across a ground floor, a basement and a terrace.

Prices, hours and booking for London have not been published; the website’s booking and hours details still cover Manchester only.
