Strand on the Green London: what's on

A riverside terrace of eighteenth century houses between Kew Bridge and Chiswick, with three pubs on the towpath and no road behind them. The path floods at high spring tides, which is signposted and still catches people out. Best on a weekday afternoon, when it is one of the quietest stretches of the tidal Thames in London.
