Wyndham's Theatre London: what's on
A small, ornate Victorian house on Charing Cross Road, built in 1899 and seating about 750, which makes it one of the West End rooms where you are genuinely close to the stage. It tends to take star-led plays rather than musicals, and the upper circle is steep enough that the cheap seats still see everything. Leicester Square is the nearest tube and Charing Cross the nearest train.
