What to expect

Wandsworth Council’s display is the biggest paid one in London, and the Saturday is the louder of its two nights. Gates open at 6pm, Conjunto Sabroso and a Rudimental DJ set at 7.30pm come before the fireworks at about 8.30pm, and a Disco Ceilidh closes it out. Last entry is 8pm and the event ends at 11pm.

Worth knowing

General Admission is 16 and over, and anyone under 18 must be with an adult. Tickets for 5 to 15 year olds are £11.50, under 5s are free but must be reserved in advance, maximum four per adult, and are not sold at the gate. There is a £1 transaction fee per booking. Half price fairground rides and £5 drinks run as a happy hour from 6pm to 7pm. Free essential companion tickets are applied for separately after you book. Battersea Park, Queenstown Road and Battersea Park stations are all within a walk.
