Jacuzzi London: Big Mamma in Kensington, and the lunch menu
Jacuzzi is Big Mamma's four-floor Kensington palazzo. Where it actually is, the weekday lunch menu worth knowing about, and the dietary catch.

Jacuzzi is the Kensington restaurant from Big Mamma, the group behind several of London’s loudest and most photographed Italian rooms. It occupies a four-floor palazzo filled with Roman statuary, Murano glass and a great deal of else, and the room is at least half of what people come for.
Where it is, because listings disagree
Checked on the operator’s own site on 9 September 2026. 94 Kensington High Street, London W8 4SH. Worth stating plainly, because third party listings currently give at least four different postcodes for it. The one above is from Big Mamma’s own page.
It is a short walk from High Street Kensington station, and minutes from the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum, which makes it a genuinely useful lunch stop on a museum day rather than a detour.
The lunch menu is the value
There is a set lunch menu Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 15:30, from £18, with a three-course version from £23. In a restaurant where dinner is emphatically not that, this is the way to see the room without the evening bill, and the weekday timing means it is also the way to see it without the queue.
The dietary catch
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-low dishes are labelled on the menu as VEG, V and GL. But there is no gluten free pasta and no gluten free pizza, which the restaurant states plainly and which rules out a large part of the menu for coeliac diners. Worth knowing before booking rather than after sitting down.
Children and babies are welcome and high chairs are available on request. There is no cakeage or corkage, so you cannot bring your own cake or wine, though a whole tiramisù can be ordered for a birthday at £44.
Nearby
The free museums are the obvious pairing, and the Kensington ones are the best of them for children. Bottomless brunch covers the bigger weekend version of eating out, and things to do in London for couples covers the evening.
