What to expect

Georgie’s Bar opened on 5 September 2026 at the Corinthia London, 10 Northumberland Avenue, in a rework of Kerridge’s Bar and Grill. Tom Kerridge is chef-patron and Tom Childs head chef. The dining room now seats 57 behind a velvet partition, and the bar takes the larger space.

The drinks centre on a Martini Club of four: Dry, Wet, Dirty and a Steak martini. To eat there is a barbecued brisket cheeseburger, shellfish rolls in brioche with a Bloody Marie-rose sauce and haddock fritters, while the Kerridge’s menu runs to a crab crumpet, Orkney scallop pie and whole Cornish lobster thermidor.

Bar snacks are served Monday to Saturday from noon to 10.30pm and on Sundays from noon to 9pm. Tables book through SevenRooms. Prices have not been published.

The details here come from the Corinthia’s own page for Georgie’s Bar, checked on 16 September 2026, and from Hot Dinners, The Morning Advertiser and The Upcoming, which reported the opening between 19 and 24 August 2026.
